What Does the Furnigami Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers all physical products purchased by any Furnigami customer from our website or authorized resellers. These products are backed by a 5 year warranty.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Cracks or breaks
  • Defective mechanisms and joints
  • Fabric tears that impact the product's function
  • Broken hooks, fasteners and legs

To claim a warranty, you must be the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the initial recipient. If your claim is approved, we'll replace the product and cover the associated shipping costs.

What Does the Warranty Not Cover?

There are certain things the warranty doesn't cover, including:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from usage that's overly harsh or not in line with the product's intended use.
  • Cosmetic damages.
  • Replacement of non-defective parts of the product.
  • Products sold as "as is," "preconditioned," "used," or with similar wording indicating that the product is not new.
  • Damages caused by transport or transit.

It's important to submit warranty claims within a reasonable time after the damage occurs.
