Why Was My Order Canceled?

If your Furnigami order was canceled, these are most the common reasons:

1. Shipping Address: We can't deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or forwarding companies.

2. Delivery Area: Sometimes, we don't ship to certain areas. Check our Shipping Destinations page to see if your location is covered.

3. We use NoFraud as our fraud prevention service, therefore orders can sometimes be flagged in error. If you get an email from NoFraud, it is legitimate. Please follow the instructions in the email to have your order released.

If your order was canceled, you'll receive an email confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 1-7 business days.
